Error description

A WebSphere MQ JMS client connection from WebSphere Application
Server v6.x to WebSphere MQ v6 fails if the 'ssl.repertoire'
custom property is used to configure a non-default SSL configur-
ation' for use with WebSPhere MQ (WMQ) JMS connections, and
Java 2 security is enabled.
The following security warning is written to the WebSphere
Application Server SystemOut.log file:

The 'ssl.repertoire' custom property of a WebSphere MQ
connection factory can be used (along with a 'SSLCIPHERSUITE'
custom property) to specify a custom SSL configuration to
establish SSL/TLS secured connections to a WebSphere MQ queue
manager.

If Java 2 Security is enabled, then attempts to use a
connection factory with a 'ssl.repertoire' custom property
specified fail with a java.security.AccessControlException.

The problem occurs because the code implementing the
'ssl.repertoire' property within the application server does
not establish the required Java 2 Security privilege when
loading the SSL configuration.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR corrects the code that implements the
'ssl.repertoire' custom property, so that it establishes the
required Java 2 Security privilege.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
