Error description

Resource Adapter install fails when java security is enabled.

During the installation, the following message is logged in the
logs.

Problem happens due to the code not having the correct
security permission to access the required files.

Problem conclusion

Code change have been made to fix the AccessControlException.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
