PK99556: CAN NOT CREATE PROFILE WITH SAMPLES IN NON STANDARD CELL SCENARIO VIA PMT

Error description

When creating a non standard cell related profile (say
"SCA v1 with SDO 2.1.1") via Profile Management Tool (PMT) and
"install samples" is selected - you aren't prompted for the
samples password and subsequently, the profile create fails.

If you create an unaugmented V7 cell profile and check the
box to deploy the sample applications, the admin security panel
includes an input area for a samples account.  If you create an
SCA-augmented cell profile and check the same box, the
input area for a samples account is missing.

This problem affects the cell profile only.  If you create an
SCA-augmented base appserver profile, the input area for a
samples account does appear.

Problem conclusion

A code change was made for the problem, and the input area for
a samples account now appears.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
