*                      LRU cache variant table.                *

When a cache exception gets FFDCed, the dump thread will
print out the proxy LRU cache variant table, which triggers
another exception in the LRU cache and causes some lock to
be held by a dump thread and not released.

Problem conclusion

In the fix, the second exception is fixed and the lock is
released properly by the dump thread.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
