  *                      using a preconfigured thread pool name. *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When the UDP channel is creating its thread pools, it is
  incorrectly trying to create the thread pool using the
  thread pool name instead of getting the already configured
  thread pool.
  

Problem conclusion

• The UDP channel now tries to get the thread pool using the
  thread pool name first.  If this fails, the UDP channel will
  then create this thread pool using this name.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
