This error is limited to emitting non-Java files and it only
occurs when different output directories are specified for
Java files and non-Java files.

Problem conclusion

The WSDL2Java code has been corrected to properly detect and
handle non-Java files.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
