Error description

After creating a WebSphere Application Server V7 profile in a
Microsoft Windows Vista/Windows 7 environment using the Admin
account, without creating a Windows service; the Windows
service code is still run when starting the server.

This is problematic because elevation (Run as Administrator) is
still needed due to the service code being executed when no
Wndows service exists. It is expected that no elevation should
be required because no Windows service exists.

which was not necessary.

Problem conclusion

Compilation was modified.
