Error description

"Plugin fails to write large POST request with Microsoft
Windows error 10035 when ServerIOTimeout>0"
This would be triggered when either the  plugin is writing large
posts to WebSphere Application Server, and the client is very
fast,or when WebSphere Application Server is slow to read the
post (for some reason). Large here only means as little as a
few multiples of 8KB, so really it is a  difference between
simple text-based FORM submissions vs. file upload in practice.

The problem appears to be that the plugin is not recognizing the
windows equivalent of EWOULDBLOCK/EAGAIN when it's trying to
_write_ data to the Application Server.
Normally we think of ServerIOTImeout as a timeout that matters
when we're reading the response, but once we ask for
non-blocking reads we also end up with non-blocking writes.
In case of ServerIOTImeout=0, the operating system will just
keep control of the thread until the write operation can
complete.

Local fix

Error message 10035 will show in the plugin logs and client
request will fail.

Problem conclusion

When the operating system can not immediately send the data,

it returns 10035 and the application code needs to retry after
a wait period. Plugin was modified to retry after a wait
period. This issue is unique to plugin running in Microsoft
Windows operating systems and will not occur in Unix operating
systems.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.41, 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
