Error description
In the localcomm code (bboclcon.init_As_Client -> BBOCLSCC), a port number (localConnectionData_Ptr->remotePort) was passed by value when it should be passed by reference. The result was an incorrect remote port value. Other fixes under this defect: 1. correct %X%X sprintf errors (616530.1) 2. correct 0C4 due to uninit'ed field in ORBR CTOR (616530.1) 3. correct 0C4 in TCP listener snoozers (628393)

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server V7.0 * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CORBA::INTERNAL Exception with minor * * code 0xC9C20DA5 in local-comm due to * * incorrect data. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** A WebSphere Application Server for z/OS client running in 31-bit mode fails to connect to the server over local-comm using a non-IIOP protocol due to a CORBA::INTERNAL exception with minor code 0xC9C20DA5. The exception occurs because the localcomm code passes incorrect data on a non-IIOP connection attempt. Separately, the BBOO0311I and BBOO0312I messages display incorrect STOKEN values when the server is executing in 64-bit.
Problem conclusion
The localcomm code was updated to pass the correct data. The code was updated to print the correct STOKEN values in the BBOO0311I and BBOO0312I messages. APAR PM02524 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.9 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
