Error description

• During WebSphere Application Server v6.1/v7 installation,
  customer is asked for information for the administrative
  console and the samples.

Problem conclusion

• To resolve this issue, the information will not
  be stored after installation.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.9. And this fix is for full install which we
  can not reship. The fix will be pickup by Install Factory
  7.0.0.9.
