    ****************************************************************
A JAX-WS application sends an invalid HTTP SOAPAction header
to the web service. The web service may respond with a
    SOAPFault or other error.

The JAX-WS runtime may incorrectly send one of the following
    incorrect values:
       urn:anonOutInOp
       urn:anonOutonlyOp
       urn:anonRobustOp

This is more likely to occur if the Action attribute is not
specified in the WSDL binding operation element.

The symptoms of this problem are exactly the same as the
    symptoms of APAR PM02676.

Problem conclusion

  • The three incorrect SOAPAction values (urn:anonOutInOp,
urn:anonOutonlyOp, urn:anonRobustOp) are internal constants and
should never be placed in an outgoing SOAP message. The
JAX-WS tranport engine is changed to detect this situation and
    remove the invalid values.

Note that these changes are similar to the changes
in APAR PM02676. APAR PM02676 corrects the problem in the
JAX-WS runtime. APAR PM02926 correct the problem in a
different code component, the JAX-WS transport layer.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
