Error description

Websphere 7.0.0.7 Cipher suite SSL_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA is
not listed when using unrestricted policy files. It can be seen
in the SSLContext but not viewed in the administrative console
SSL configuration QoP (quality of protection) cipher suite
group list.

WebSphere Application Server was not properly filtering the
list of ciphers to allow 256bit cipher suites.

Problem conclusion

WebSphere Application Server has been modified to allow 256bit
cipher suites to be displayed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
