Error description

In WebSphere Application Server v7.0.0.5, the PerfServlet
application is returning the wrong PMI data for JVM runtimes for
lastSampleTime for the BoundedRangeStatistic.

Problem summary

In WebSphere Application Server,the PerfServlet application is
returning the wrong PMI data for JVM runtimes for
lastSampleTime for the BoundedRangeStatistic.
The problem was due to the implementation of RangeStatistic. It
was not setting the lastSampleTime correctly.

Problem conclusion

Changed the code to have lastSampleTime set with the system
current time.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.11. Please refer to the
