Error description

Warning messages are being output in plugin trace even though
the request is good.

When the last chunk of 0 is read the following warning is
printed in plugin trace:

The warning message is printed for an expected condition,
setting loglevel to error will suppress the message.

When running tracing at warning level, messages about "failed
to read" can be recorded when a chunked request is received.

Problem conclusion

This is a normal message because chunked transactions can end
with an empty message. Code has been modified so that this
message is now written when trace level specified but not with
warning tracing enabled.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
