Error description

"SESN0008E: SessionContext" errors due to case sensitiveness in
user principle.

Case sensitiveness in session code, causes the following session
errors to appear in the logs.

SESN0008E: SessionContext: a user authenticated as {0} has

us,user:ixxxxxx,ou=agent,o=yyyy,c=US)

*                  which sometimes differ in case.             *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If the author and owner of a session    *
*                      differ by case then an                  *
*                      "UnauthorizedSessionRequestException"   *
*                      is thrown by session manager.           *

This behavior occurs when session security integration is
configure by a user.   In this configuration session manager
compares the session owner's security identity and the
security identity of the client request.  If these two do not
match then and "UnauthorizedSessionRequestException" is
thrown.   Currently the matching is performed in a case
sensitive way.
In some rare situations the customer's security configuration
may have the two security identities (from client and one in
session) differing only in case.

Problem conclusion

Code changes have been made in the session manager to provide
a custom property "SecurityUserIgnoreCase".  Users who are not
concerned with case sensitivity can enable the custom property
"SecurityUserIgnoreCase" to true to enable a case insensitive
check and allow the request to proceed without an
"UnauthorizedSessionRequestException".
The custom property "SecurityUserIgnoreCase" is defined as a
web container custom property in version 6.1 and as a
session manager custom property in version 7.0.

The code changes will be available as part of fix pack 6.1.0.33
and 7.0.0.13.
