ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException occured when trying to add the
application/element at the end of an arrayList.

A concurrency issue exists in which adding applications or
modules to a non-synchronized list can cause an
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException from the ClassLoaderDump class.

Problem conclusion

Synchronization was added to provide thread-safe access to
this list.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.41, 6.1.0.31, and 7.0.0.11. Please refer to the
