Error description

Application classloader stays in memory after appliction stops
because it's been referanced by JDT thread from it's
threadlocal.

Problem summary

*                      to old references to the                *

The "Java Indexing" thread, via the JobManager class, is
referencing the application classloader and since this thread
does not go away until the application server is shutdown, the
application classes referenced by the classloader are not
released.

Problem conclusion

The problem is resolved by the Eclipse bugzilla bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=296343. The
JobManager class was changed to set the ContextClassLoader to
be the JobManager classloader.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the
