The exception is printed in the SR (servant region). This exception printout does not indicate a real problem. It gets printed when the server starts up normally.
Problem conclusion
The problem is fixed in the SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) container. The fix for this APAR is included in Websphere Application Server 7.0 Feature Pack for CEA (Communication Enabled Applications) version 1.0.0.3.
