Problem conclusion
The problem occurs because of unsynchronized access to shared annotation processing data objects between distinct module and application startups. The problem was fixed by a code update. Synchronization was added to shared data objects which are used during annotation processing. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.11.
