PM05240: NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION IS THROWN ON SHARED LOCAL TRANSACTION CONTAINMENT CHECK

Error description

The Web Application created a new global transaction, which
then timed out. After the timeout, when the application
attempted to forward the request to another servlet, a
NullPointerException was thrown from method postInvoke() of
class WebAppTransactionCollaborator. In this case a null was
being passed to the method which was not allowed for.

The Web Application created a new global transaction, which

class WebAppTransactionCollaborator. In this case a null was

Problem conclusion

Class WebAppTransactionCollaborator has been changed to protect
it when being passed a null.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
