Error description

If allowOperationIfReposDown is set as true in the realm, search
entity in this realm should ignore exception if one repository
in the realm is down, and search result in other available
repositories can be returned successfully.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The allowOperationIfReposDown option    *
*                      specified in realm didn't work          *
*                      properly in a VMM search() API call.    *

If allowOperationIfReposDown is set to true in the realm,
VMM search API call under this realm is still failed with
CommunicationException when one repository in the realm is down.
This was caused because allowOperationIfReposDown didn't work
properly in the search() API call. The expected behavior is,
search result on other available repositories should be
returned successfully.

Problem conclusion

The wrong behavior has been corrected. If you set
allowOperationIfReposDown as true in the realm, search result
on all available repositories can now be returned successfully.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
