The security-role stanza in the ibm-application-bnd.xml
has "accessId" for user and group definitions instead of
    "access-id".

Problem conclusion

  • This issue is resolved by correcting the security-role stanza
in the ibm-application-bnd.xml to use "access-id" for user
    and for group definitions.
