  Due to an initiation race condition of internal SIP container
  objects, when an application routes outgoing messages to
  another servlet on the same server, the container in some cases
  fails to process that message and prints an exception to
  the logs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Race condition solved.
  The fix for this APAR is included in Websphere Application
  Server 7.0 Feature Pack for CEA (Communication Enabled
  Applications) version 1.0.0.3. Please refer to the Recommended
