There is an error in the certificate expiration monitor's code
path where the CMS keystore was being created unconditionally.
With the current version of the JDK, the initial CMS keystore
created has default certificates which are expired. Due to
this unconditional creation, the certificate expiration
monitor was reporting these default certificates.

Problem conclusion

Corrected the code to correctly handle the case for the
certificate expiration monitor which should not create
keystore files when they do not exist.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
