WebSphere Application servers encounter the WSVR0009 or
WTRN0025 exceptions during startup when the transaction
participant could not be recreated and the transaction
recovery was not able to complete:

The root cause of this error was that during server shutdown,
a subordinate server deleted the partnerlog entry for a
transaction that had been prepared

Problem conclusion

The transaction service has been changed so that the partnerlog
entry will be preserved for a prepared subordinate transaction.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
