Error description

The WebSphere Application Server Service Integration Bus
createSIBDestination() method allows the setting of certain
parameters. The parameters such the following are not honored
when attempted to be set on a Foreign Bus destination.

*                      parameter is 'foreign' in lower         *
*                      (or mixed) case                         *

When the com.ibm.websphere.management.cmdframework package is
used to invoke the createSIBDestination command, and the
type parameter is not specified in upper case, the resulting
foreign destination created does not contain all of the
parameter specified on the command.

The following parameters are not reflected in the configuration:

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR corrects the createSIBDestination
command, so that it works correctly when a destination type of
'foreign' is specified in lower (or mixed) case.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
