Error description

Migration of WebSphere Application Server v6.1 to WebSphere
Application Server v7.0,failed to migrate shared libraries
under cluster level(scope) or all the clusters in a Cell.
Cell level and node level shared libraries are migrated fine.
No message or exceptions in migration logs which might indicate
a problem with migration.
Problem occurs on WebSphere Application Server v7.0.0.7

Local fix

Manually copying library.xml from V6.1 to migrataed v7.0

Certain cluster level files were not getting migrated during
the migration of WebSphere Application Server V6.1 to
WebSphere Application Server V7.0.

Problem conclusion

The problem where migration of WebSphere Application Server
v6.1 to WebSphere Application Server v7.0 failed to migrate
certain cluster level files ( including shared libraries) was
fixed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
