Error description

JAX-RPC panels in the administrative console are not accessible
to the users that are mapped to the deployer role.

At this time, a minimum of configurator role is needed to have
access to the JAX-RPC panel.

The deployer security role currently has read only access
through the administrative console to the JAX-RPC application
web services bindings. A deployer should be able to edit JAX-RPC
application binding settings.

Problem conclusion

The code checking authorization for access to the JAX-RPC
application web service bindings administrative console panels
has been updated to allow administrators, configurators and
deployers edit access to configuration settings.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
