Error description
Deployment failure com.ibm.wsspi.amm.validate.ValidationException: the @Resource annotation is defined for type java.lang.Object; however, the authenticationType and shareable attributes cannot be defined for that type.

As a result, a validation rule intended for resource environment references is applied to a resource reference which results in a validation exception.
Problem conclusion
This issue was resolved by typing org.omg.CORBA.ORB to be a Resource Reference. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.11. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980
