Error description

Automatic synchronization message states in the logs its
re-enabled when if fact it never got enabled after a
configuration change.

Following message can be seen in systemout log:

Problem conclusion

Added a check to the result of setAutoSyncEnabled. If it
returns false, send an error notification message.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.13. Please refer to the recommended
