Currently, there is no property in proxy service context to
surface IO exceptions to XD filters

Proxy server doesn't report io exceptions for requests and
responses. This causes ODR debug filter not being able to log
error conditions correctly.

Problem conclusion

Internal attribute on proxy service context is added to
collect io exceptions for each request. This will allow ODR
debug filters correctly logging io issues.

APAR PM10111 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Service Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.33 of WebSphere Application
Server V6.1.
