The first time a lookup done from a Startup bean for an object
pool manager a new object pool manager is created and an MBean
is registered.  If the application is restarted then another
look up is done, another object pool manager is being created
and when the object pool manager attempts to register the
Mbean, it encouters an exception because the Mbean is already
registered. This is due to the fact that mBeans stay registerd
until the application server is restared. This apar will fix
the object pool manager code to insure that duplicate
object pool manager does not exist after an application restart.

Problem conclusion

The object pool code was changed so that duplicate object pool
manager does not exist after an application restart.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
