APAR status
Closed as program error.
Error description
When an Fatal error occurs that makes a PreparedStatement object invalid, the JDBC driver notifies the listener by calling its statementErrorOccurred method and then throws an SQLException object to the application to notify it of the same error. WebSphere Application server connection manager closing all prepared stament cache objects instead of prepared statement object that got fatal error ntification, this is incorrect behavior.
