Error description

While starting IHS WebServer from WebSphere Application Server
Administrative Console, get a JCL error due to an
un-resolved variable in startCommandArgs.

You may see something like below in joblog where variables
are still present:

START IWOAPROC,,ACTION='start',DIR='${WEB_INSTALL_ROOT}',
CONF='${WEB_INSTALL_ROOT}/conf/httpd.conf'

IRR812I PROFILE IWOA*.* (G) IN THE STARTED CLASS WAS USED
        TO START IWOAPROC WITH JOBNAME IWOAPROC.

A JCL error occurs while starting an IHS WebServer from the
WebSphere Application Server Administrative Console.   This
error is due to an un-resolved variable passed to the JCL as
part of the startCommandArgs.

The WebServer joblog might contain an error such as:
START IWOAPROC,,ACTION='start',
DIR='${WEB_INSTALL_ROOT}',
CONF='${WEB_INSTALL_ROOT}/conf/httpd.conf'

Problem conclusion

The code has been modified to resolve variables in a
server's startCommandArgs, stopCommandArgs, and
terminateCommandArgs.
The code for terminateCommandArgs was modified to properly use
the terminate args.

APAR PM10663 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.11 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
