Error description

When using IEAINITREGSTASK DIAG development aid setting, the
abend S0E0 rsn=00000028 are generated for asid(x'0001') *MASTER*
as software symptom records in LOGREC. This does not terminate
the address space.
 The psw points to BBORLCRM. A STAM instruction is using the AR
register without being setup prior to being used. The code
prior to this is setting AR mode.

WebSphere Application Server for z/OS local communication
resource manager issues a STAM instruction in AR mode and
gets an 0E0 abend reason code 28 because the access register
used to access the dynamic area is bad.

Problem conclusion

Updated bborlcrm to not enter AR mode when issuing the STAM
instruction.

APAR PM11497 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Service Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.33 of WebSphere
Application Server V6.1
