PM12410: PLUGIN GENERATION FOR A JAX-WS APPLICATION, WITH FILESERVING DISABLED, FAILS TO GENERATE EXPECTED URIS IN PLUGIN-CFG.XML

Closed as program error.

Error description

Generation of the plugin-cfg.xml file (using
./bin/GenPluginCfg.sh)
fails to generate the web service endpoint servlet url pattern
required in the generated plugin-cfg.xml.

Prelimary tests suspect that plugin generator cannot detect the
existence of web services that are deployed using annotations
and lack an explicit deployment descriptor.

Local fix

Manually update application's web.xml or the plugin-cfg.xml.

Problem conclusion

Code was modified to obtain the URIs for JAX-WS deployed
applications.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
page for delivery information:

Temporary fix

Manually add the URI to the generated plugin-cfg.xml
