Error description

Customer has several cells with the same node name.They are
experiencing Duplicate Managed Node exception while registering
with job manger.

For example:
Cell one:
cell name:Cell02
DMGR name: Dmgr01
DMGR node name:CellManager02-> This configuration
is registered with Job manager successfully

Cell two
Cell Name:Cell04
DMGR name: Dmgr03
DMGR node name:CellManager02  -> While registering this node
with job manager, customer is experiencing the below exception

Customer wants to use the JobManager to administrate this
environment and receives the following exception:

*                      manager in the administrative console   *

When registering a node with the job manager using the
administrative console, a duplicate managed node exception
will be seen if another node with the same name has already
been registered. The administrative console is not passing the
Alias field to the register command.

Problem conclusion

A code change has been made so that the administrative console
will pass the Alias field when registering a node with the job
manager. The Alias field can be used to register multiple
nodes with the same name.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
