When the Oracle thick driver (oci)is used for creating EJBTimer
tables, the following exception is thrown:

This is because the property file which contains the
corresponding SQL commands for the various drivers did not have
one for the Oracle thick driver and so the default SQL was
run.

Problem conclusion

The table creation SQL for the Oracle thick driver has now been
added to the properties file.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.35 and 7.0.0.13  Please refer to the
