When I invoked following wsadmin command, it worked.
AdminConfig.modify('(cells/mycellname/nodes/mynodename|resources
.xml#MappingModule_1273486019736)', '[[authDataAlias "myAlias"]

Local fix

workaround.
Run command manually.

e.g.
AdminConfig.modify('(cells/mycellname/nodes/mynodename|resources
.xml#MappingModule_1273486019736)', '[[authDataAlias myAlias"]
[mappingConfigAlias ""]]')

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

Modified code to extract/create/modify MappingModule under
Datasource using extractConfigProperties/applyConfigProperties
command.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
