Error description
WebSphere Application Server V7.0.0.9 feature pack for Communications Enabled Applications (CEA) using a 3rd party web service provider. It is ok to openSession, make Call, endCall and close session, but the problem is that the CEA Widget of Call status is not updating although was able to publish the call established event.

It is related to tags in the SOAP headers.
Problem conclusion
A change was made in how WS-Notification messages are received to make it more general and apply to any type of SOAP header tags. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 1.0.0.7.
