Error description

The timeToLive JMS URL parameter may be replaced by the request
timeout.  The default value for one-way request should be 0.

If the timeToLive is larger than the request timeout, it is
reduced to the timeout value.  If timeToLive in the URL is set
to 0, it is replaced with the request timeout value.  The
default timeToLive value should be 0.

Example endpoint URL:

Problem conclusion

The timeToLive value is now honored and not adjusted by
request timeout.  For one-way requests, the default value of 0
is used.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
