*                      SSL cache.                              *

High CPU usage is observed when WebSphere Application Server is
looking up a Java TreeMap for SSL configuration.

Problem conclusion

Code is updated to provide way to turn off TreeMap lookup
without affecting SSL function.  This high CPU issue is inside
Java code.  The issue is reported for the application
server configured with SUN JDK. Turning off the lookup is the
workaround for the issue.

To enable this apar,
1. Create custom property from adminconsole:
(WebSphere V6.1) Secure administration, applications, and
infrastructure > Custom properties
(WebSphere V7.0) Global security > Custom properties

2. Set custom property as follows:
name: com.ibm.websphere.crypto.config.disableCacheMiss
value: "true"

3. Save and restart the server

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.35 and 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
