PM16207: EXCEPTION UPON SIPSESSION.INVALIDATE()

Error description

• In internal test cases, the following exception occurs when the
  Reroute Upon Failure application terminates and invalidates
  SipSessions:

Problem summary

  The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) container was trying to
  send an automatic SIP Cancel request when the user invalidated
  the SipSession. Sending the Cancel request is not allowed in
  some cases.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SIP container is not sending Cancel request upon
  invalidation if this is not needed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
