PM16502: SOME REPROXIED REQUESTS ARE NOT ROUTED TO THE APPLICATION TWICE

Error description

• Scenario:
  
  INVITE comes in - WebSphere Application Server creates
  SipApplicationSession #1, invokes application.
  App proxies INVITE.
  WebSphere Application Server creates SipApplicationSession #2,
  invokes app.
  App proxies INVITE.
  WebSphere Application Server gets a 500 response.  It sends
  ACK and hands the response to the app in SAS #2.
  App reproxies the INVITE.
  WebSphere Application Server gets another 500 response to the
  reproxied INVITE. It sends ACK and hands the response to the
  app in SAS #2.
  App lets the 500 go upstream. WebSphere Application Server
  invalidates SAS #2.
  
  Now WebSphere Application Server gives the 500 to the app in
  SAS #1.  The app reproxies the INVITE.

  SIP container was not properly tracking the order of the
  application and after some reproxy calls it would mark there is
  no next application to forward the request to and send it
  outside.
  

Problem conclusion

• A code fix was introduced to fix this issue.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
