Error description

Extract a "Library" configuration object from an existing
server and then applying the property file extracted to
another server using properties file base configuration
commands, AdminTask applyConfigProperties command failed.

On the original system to export the definition:

Extract a Library configuration object using AdminTask
extractConfigProperties commands from an existing server and
then apply the extracted property file to another server using
AdminTask applyConfigProperties command, the apply command
failed with the following exception:

WASX7015E: Exception running command: "$AdminTask
applyConfigProperties -interactive"; exception information:
 java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: ADMG0660E:
Properties File Validation during command applyConfigProperties
failed.  See Report file for details.

In the report file, the line below can be seen:
ADMG0826I: Error found in section ResourceType=Library
ConfigType=Library:ContainingConfigType=Server:AttributeName=lib
raries
ConfigId=Cell=cellName:Library=libName
Error=null

The error was caused by bad data in Library property
definition file.

Problem conclusion

To have the AdminTask applyConfigProperties command run
successfully for a Library configuration object, we now remove
the bad data in the Library property definition file.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
