Cannot stop composition unit of business-level application on
z/OS when the composition unit is not based on a Java EE
application.

An OSGi application might not start or stop properly on the
z/OS operating system. When the administrative console is used
to issue the start or stop operation, the status for the
business-level application remains unchanged.

Problem conclusion

The start and stop operation processing was incorrect under
certain situations and has been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
WebSphere Application Server fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer
