Error description

When the global security is ON, servers were not getting started
and failed with the following exceptions. An extra  OR '|' in
the search filter added  by the security  component is not
accepted by the LDAP and  LDAP throws the following errors.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Due to incorrect LDAP search string,    *
*                      authenticating users may fail.          *

There is a situation that LDAPUserRegistry generates incorrect
LDAP filter string while constructing WSCredential. As a
result, user authentication fails due to a LDAP search error.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, a correct LDAP filter string is generated.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.35 and 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
