Error description

V6.0 code provided constructor BigDecimal(java.math.BigDecimal)
in class com.ibm.icu.math.BigDecimal. The constructor was
removed in V6.1 and is also absent from V7.

The constructor public BigDecimal(java.math.BigDecimal bd)
was part of the icu4j library version shipped with v602 and
was not deprecated. The signature has been removed causing
problems for stack products and customers.

Problem conclusion

The constructor has been added back into the code.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
