Error description

No business-level application validation occurs when a new node
is added to a cluster.  As a result, a node without sufficient
runtime support might be added.

New nodes added to a cluster do not undergo the required
validation for business-level application support. For
example, if a cluster runs business-level applications
requiring a particular feature pack, and a new cluster member
is added such that the new node does not have the required
feature pack installed, the addition of the cluster member on
the new node is not rejected.

Problem conclusion

The required node validation was added to the product.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
WebSphere Application Server fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer
