Error description

The Embedded WebSphere Application Server (EWAS) is missing
jsf-nls.jar from WAS_HOME/lib directory.

Local fix

Copy jsf-nls.jar from WAS 7.0 to eWAS.

JSF applications running on eWAS will throw exceptions because
the JSF resource bundles are not installed in the lib
directory of the product.  For example, the following
exception can occur while processing a JSF request:

Problem conclusion

The eWAS packaging was modified to install the jsf-nls.jar
file in the application server's lib directory.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
